Inconsistent Experience at this hotel

The personnel was always very kind. They were ready to help us with every question.
The room was EXTREMELY small. It was only big enough for the bed, so there wasn't any space for luggage. Water pressure was very low and the toilet seat definitely needed replacement.

The room was very clean. the staff was helpful. I got into my room earlier than the official check-in time. there was a mini fridge in the room, it worked great.
the room had only one chair and overall few shelves.

The room was super clean. I found a selection of books in the reception area, a nice touch. The team, particularly Daniela, was cute, always smiling.
The hotel is located a bit far from the main touristic places, requiring about a 25-minute walk.
